Adult - focused classes. Develop core and upper body strength; flexibility & mobility , as you learn to perform hand-balances, handstands & inversions. Classes are mixed ability and offer a range of exercises for every level and beginner coaching is available. Safe training & team work always in mind. There's no commitment, it's an informal training programme, that allows you drop in weekly or show up sporadically and pick up where you left off. Progress at your own pace. Keep an eye out for ad hoc workshops. Tumble track is available during open training. Students are encouraged to train only what has been demonstrated and practiced. Refine and Refresh | Going back over the fundamentals and basic training.
Core & Flex | Focus on light acrobatic movement, core strength and flexibly.
Mixed Training | Explore a variety a drills, shapes, movements, transitions and exercises - something to challenge everyone.
Complex Shapes | Learn to straddle press, explore advanced shapes, movements & challenging calisthenic postures.
OPEN TRAINING | Freedom to train without supervision. Open training is scheduled in most classes for intermediate level students. IT IS NOT SUITABLE FOR ABSOLUTE BEGINNERS UNLESS PRE-ARRANGED WITH COACH
This yoga class is designed for anyone looking for a stronger practice regardless of experience. This is a fusion of practices with elements of Ashtanga and Himalayan yoga emerging from traditional Hatha Yoga. This is a physical practice and will incorporate vinyasa (connecting breath with movement), endurance, shape refinement, complex shapes and calisthenic transitions. We'll explore arm-balances, headstands and inversions whilst incorporating them into flow and practice - always working to your own personal level.

This Yoga class is a fusion Yoga practice which explores the Ashtanga Primary Series and more. We will be looking at building strength, endurance and refining alignment; arm-balance, inversions and calisthenic transitions. Expect to work on complex and challenging asanas, however please work to your current level and build in confidence each week. You will be pushed out of your comfort zone on occasion. Though it is not suitable for absolute beginners this class welcomes anybody who is in search of a stronger practice.TRAINING LEVEL INFO:
Intermediate | A confident beginner level of traditional yoga practice is the minimum requirement for this class. This class will look at refining posture and explore a stronger physical practice and endurance.
