If you're an interested beginner who just wants to learn a stronger Yoga practice, remember that you only need to work to your ability. It is never a competition. Under 16? Please get in touch with the coach - Children will be expected to be accompanied by a parent or guardian throughout. Make an additional booking if the adult wishes to take part. Parents/guardians may be asked to sign a waiver on the day.
