It is standard practise to undergo a brief assessment with every new client. This is to establish any relevant medical condition(s) or contraindication(s) that may highlight any precautions to take. It is the client's responsibility to volunteer any relevant medical history and any changes upon follow up visits. All information acquired is treated as completely confidential. Personal information such as contact details are stored electronically for the purpose of communication only.
AGE POLICY (DBS checked ✓) Bodywork and Fitness however, does not accept bookings for persons under the age of 16 unless clients have been referred by a medical professional and accompanied by a parent or guardian. Any persons 16 - 18 may be asked to provide consent from a guardian or parent.
REFUSAL POLICY
Bodywork and Fitness reserves the right to refuse service. If a deposit has been made, it will be refunded.
ONLINE BOOKING CANCELLATION POLICY Anonline booking may not be accepted if a deposit / payment has not been completed. Cancellations made up to 2 days before your appointment are fully refundable. Thereafter they become non-refundable to protect the business from losses. Regular late cancellations - may result in clients being charged for time lost. No Shows / No Communication - will be expected to look elsewhere for treatments moving forward. In the event of an online booking being made - this will not be honored and will be cancelled by the therapist and any deposit will be returned.
